Dr. Ryan Eisel
Optometrist and Owner
Dr. Ryan Eisel is proud to serve the community he has always called home. Originally from the area, Dr. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Ohio State University before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at Illinois College of Optometry. After graduation, he returned to rural Ohio to begin practicing alongside the Scullions in 2020, the previous owners of the practice. In 2023, Dr. Ryan proudly purchased the practice and established Eisel Vision Clinic, continuing a tradition of personalized, community-focused eye care.
Dr. Ryan is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and providing quality vision care close to home. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He also loves playing guitar, being outdoors, and experimenting with new recipes on the smoker.
Becky
Optician
Becky brings personality, fun, and expert guidance to every eyewear experience at Eisel Vision Clinic. As an experienced optician, she enjoys helping patients find glasses that not only fit comfortably and function well, but also reflect their personal style. Becky is highly knowledgeable in prescription lens options and lens enhancements, and she takes pride in making sure every patient leaves feeling confident in their new eyewear.
When she’s not helping patients pick out the perfect frames, Becky enjoys spending time working on jigsaw puzzles, bird watching, and listening to the music of Jimmy Buffett.
Linda
Billing and Insurance Specialist
Linda is an essential part of the team at Eisel Vision Clinic, bringing over 30 years of experience and exceptional attention to detail when it comes to insurance billing. Known for her kindness and warm personality, Linda helps patients better understand their insurance benefits with honesty and transparency, making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends, relaxing at home with her two kitties, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
Emily
Optometric Assistant
Emily plays an important role in many aspects of our practice and is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door. She helps keep the office running smoothly while making sure every patient has a welcoming and pleasant experience. In addition to assisting with daily operations, Emily also helps with special testing and guiding patients in selecting the perfect pair of glasses.
Outside of the office, Emily loves staying active with running, getting creative through baking and painting, and spending quality time with her dog, Leo.
Elyssa
Optometric Technician
Elyssa helps patients get their visits started on the right track by performing a variety of pretesting procedures and helping identify each patient’s unique vision and eye health needs. Patients appreciate her efficient, professional, and detail-oriented approach, paired with a warm and personable personality that helps everyone feel comfortable and cared for.
Elyssa stays active playing volleyball and coaching for the Leetonia volleyball team. She’s also a talented baker and the creative mind behind Lyssa’s Sweet Little Treats. When she’s not at work, on the volleyball court, or in the kitchen, she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and their dogs.
